Uploading Guidelines

We at WeDataNation respect the privacy and intellectual property of our users. We expect that you do the same.

We expect that you do not upload data that:

• You do not own the rights to
• That contains personally identifiable information of others or interferes with the privacy of others
• That contains pornographic or violent material
• That contains legal violations

We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who appear to be responsible for legal violations or violations of our Terms of Service.

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA”), Directive 2001/29/EG and other relevant laws, WeDataNation reserves the right to terminate accounts (and block Ethereum addresses) of users who appear to be repeatedly responsible for legal violations. In addition, WeDataNation may, in its sole discretion, restrict access to its services and / or close the accounts of users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others, regardless of whether they are repeated infringements. WeDataNation will respond accordingly to alleged copyright infringements that have occurred while using our services and that are reported to the address mentioned below.
